Yes. Every show gets one permanent booking link on your own subdomain. The client checks the date, venue and price and confirms online, pins the exact firing location on a map, messages you gate codes and parking details, and leaves feedback after the show — no client account needed.

Yes. PyroPortal supports multiple stores per tenant, each with per-hazard-category limits. NEQ utilisation is calculated in real time, what is held is shown against each hazard-category limit in real time, and every change is recorded as a typed movement — receipt, issue, transfer, adjustment, stock-take or write-off — with timestamp, operator and unit-cost snapshot.

You assign operators to each display with their role and payment, and each operator gets a focused portal showing only their own assigned shows — schedule, venue, firing order and pay, with one-tap confirm or decline. Crew also sign off their PPE per show, item by item, and the show manager completes your pre-show and post-show checklists from their phone — with photos, acknowledged warnings and an optional GPS stamp. Richer availability rotas, automatic email + SMS call-sheets and qualification-based assignment blocking are on the roadmap.

In three places today: emails sent to your tenant's inbound address are parsed by AI into structured enquiries; pasted product lists become show BoM lines or supplier-order drafts automatically; and a built-in MCP connector lets you plug Claude (or any MCP client) into your live data — permission-checked and tenant-scoped like everything else.

A trade shop module is on the roadmap and we are actively building it. The back-office side (customer orders, stock, pricing) ships today; the public shop front and account-verification flow are in development.

Row-Level-Security at the database level enforces tenant isolation on every query — even a crew member who works for several companies on the platform only ever sees their own company's data. Two-factor authentication with enforced-MFA groups protects the accounts themselves.
